- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 cup sweet corn fresh or canned, drained
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced

Prepare the Pork: Open the can of pork and drain the liquid.
