Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese small curd
  • ¼ tsp salt optional
  • ½ tsp garlic powder optional
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika optional
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet or air fryer basket with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Mix the cottage cheese with salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika (or your favorite seasonings).
  • Scoop small spoonfuls (about 1–1.5 teaspoons each) onto the parchment, spacing them 1 inch apart.
  • Flatten each scoop gently with the back of a spoon into coin-sized circles.
  • Bake in the oven for 25–35 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set. In the air fryer, cook in batches for 12–15 minutes.
  • Cool completely before peeling off the parchment. They crisp up as they cool.

Notes

  • Use full-fat and small-curd cottage cheese for the best crispiness and flavor.
  • If your cottage cheese is watery, drain off some of the liquid before scooping.
  • Let the chips cool fully before storing—this helps them stay crisp.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temp for 1–2 days, or re-crisp in a toaster oven if needed.
