Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vodka or gin
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons dragon fruit puree fresh or from a smoothie pack
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnishes: Dragon fruit slice lime wheel, mint leaves

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Dragon Fruit: Cut the dragon fruit in half, scoop out the flesh, and dice it into small pieces or blend it into a puree.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz vodka or gin, 1 oz triple sec, 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz simple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of dragon fruit puree.
  3. Shake: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.
  4. Strain: Using a strainer, pour the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish: Add a slice of dragon fruit, a lime wheel, or a mint leaf for a decorative touch.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a splash of coconut milk. For a more intense color, a dash of Grenadine works wonders. Bacardi Dragonberry rum can be used for a berry-infused variant. Always use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
