Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag 16 ounces frozen pierogies
  • 1 pound sliced kielbasa or smoked sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1-2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Prep the ingredients: Cut the kielbasa into small pieces and slice the green onions.

Layer the ingredients in the crockpot:

  • Place a layer of frozen pierogies on the bottom.
  • Add a layer of the sliced kielbasa.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Add spoonfuls of softened cream cheese.
  • Pour over the chicken broth.
  • Finish with sliced green onions.
  • Cook: Cover and set the crockpot to low. Cook for 3 to 4 hours until the pierogies are tender and all the cheese is melted into a creamy sauce.
