Stir in the turmeric and black pepper, cooking for another 30 seconds.
Add the thinly sliced cabbage to the skillet, tossing to coat with the oil and spices.
Sauté the cabbage for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's tender and slightly golden.
Season with salt to taste, and add a splash of apple cider vinegar if desired for extra zing.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
