Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Honey Gold Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash the potatoes and pat them dry. If larger, cut them into halves or quarters for even cooking.
  • Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped rosemary, and minced garlic in a large bowl.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp, turning halfway through.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
