Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  • Prepare Carrots: Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Roast Carrots: Spread the carrots on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and caramelized on the edges.
  • Make Buffalo Sauce: While carrots are roasting, combine hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, melted butter substitute, and honey in a saucepan. Heat gently, adjusting seasoning to taste.
  • Coat Carrots: Remove carrots from the oven and toss them in the Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  • Serve: Plate the carrots, drizzle with any leftover sauce, sprinkle with green onions and blue cheese crumbles, and serve.
