- Prepare the Mangoes: Peel the mangoes, remove the pit, and dice them into small cubes.

Notes
- You can make this salsa ahead of time and refrigerate it for up to 3 days. Just stir before serving.
- Adjust the spice by adding more or less jalapeño, or experiment with other peppers like habanero for extra heat.
